Project Overview
The Can-Am Outlander Fender Speaker Pods were designed to bring powerful, clean audio to the trail without compromising the rugged nature of the ATV. I focused on creating a true plug-and-play system that fits naturally into the factory fender lines, so it looks intentional — not like an afterthought. Built to handle mud, water, vibration, and hard riding conditions, the housing was reinforced and optimized for 3D printing while keeping installation straightforward and serviceable. The system supports multiple speaker sizes and single or dual configurations, delivering strong sound performance while maintaining OEM-level fit and durability.
